3. Delivery Coverage
United States: We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states and Washington D.C., but we do not ship to Puerto Rico, Guam, other U.S. territories, APO/FPO military addresses, international locations, or Amazon warehouse addresses.
United Kingdom: We currently support delivery to all regions within the UK, including mainland UK and its affiliated islands. However, we do not deliver to UK overseas territories or outlying islands such as the British Indian Ocean Territory, British Virgin Islands, Guernsey, and Jersey.
Europe: We do not offer delivery to affiliated islands of European countries.
Japan: We cannot deliver to APO/FPO military addresses, Amazon addresses, or remote areas.
South Africa: We do not provide delivery to South African outlying islands or addresses containing keywords such as "box," "posbus," "plot," "plaas," "Farm," "private bag," or "privaat sak."
Singapore: Some areas may not be deliverable. If your order cannot be delivered, we will contact you via email and refund you through your original payment method.
Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar: P.O. Box addresses are accepted, but you must provide a valid phone or mobile number to ensure delivery. We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incomplete contact information.
Korea: We do not deliver to P.O. boxes or military addresses within Korea.
Israel: We do not deliver to the Gaza Strip. We will arrange local delivery to the final address and notify customers in advance before delivery completion.
Outlying Islands: We do not provide delivery to any outlying islands.

Address errors: Customers are responsible for ensuring the shipping address is accurate. If a package is returned or lost due to input errors, we will charge a reshipping fee.
