Refunds & Support
If you decide you’d like a refund immediately after placing your order, please email us right away. Our order processing time is 1–3 business days, and we arrange shipment as soon as we receive your order.
Before shipment:
If you change your mind before your item has shipped, notify us immediately by email and we will intercept the shipment.
After delivery:
If you have already received your purchase and wish to return it, please follow our Return Policy. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will refund your original payment method within 3–10 business days.
