Q: When will my order ship?
A: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During holidays or peak times, this may be slightly longer.

Q: How much is shipping?
A: Standard shipping is free for orders over $79. Orders under $79 incur a $4.99 fee. Expedited options are available—see our Shipping Policy for details.

Q: Can I track my order?
A: Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can also track via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

🔁 Returns & Exchanges

Q: What is your return policy?
A: We offer a 30-day worry-free return on unused items with original tags and packaging. For details, please see our Return Policy.

Q: Can I exchange an item?
A: We do not currently support direct exchanges. Please place a new order and return the original item for a refund.
