How to Unpack Your Vacuum-Compressed Winter Coat – 3 Simple Steps

We understand that receiving a vacuum-compressed coat can be surprising! But don't worry, this is just part of our eco-friendly packaging process. Follow these 3 easy steps to restore your coat to its full, fluffy warmth:

Step 1: What You’ll Receive

When your coat arrives, it will be in a bubble-wrapped bag with our brand logo. Upon opening the package, you’ll notice that the coat looks flat and a bit stiff. Don’t be concerned—this is due to our vacuum compression technology, which helps reduce waste and environmental impact during shipping.

Step 2: Unwrap Your Coat

Once you’ve removed the bubble wrap, find the sealed opening at both ends of the plastic packaging. Gently open the plastic to release your coat. For a clear demonstration, please refer to our animated guide below.

Step 3: Fluff Up Your Coat

The most important step: give your coat a good shake! This helps it regain its natural shape and fluffiness. You can also leave it to rest for 1–3 minutes, allowing it to bounce back on its own. The higher the down content, the more compressed it will appear, but rest assured, this is completely normal due to the vacuum process, and it does not affect the quality of the coat.
