Account & Orders
Users must provide accurate and complete personal information, including a valid US shipping address and contact details. Orders containing false or incomplete information may be canceled.
A purchase contract is established once your payment is successfully processed. If any item is out of stock, DAVE & BELLA reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund to the original payment method.

Orders are typically shipped within 1–3 business days after successful payment. We use USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on the delivery address. Tracking information will be provided via email. Delays may occur during holidays or promotional periods.

Shipping Coverage
We currently only ship within the contiguous United States (excluding overseas territories and military addresses).

5. Returns & Refunds

Return Policy
We offer a 30-day worry-free return window starting from the delivery date. Returned items must be unused, with original tags and packaging intact. For details, please refer to our [Return Policy].
